2026 SER-AMTA Regional Conference

There's so much to explore in the Queen City of Charlotte, NC! The regional conference in 2026 is a short drive from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and conveniently located in University City.  From sports teams to the arts, you'll enjoy a wide range of delicious foods, sights & sounds. Consider checking out one of the many museums or exploring local trails winding through the urban landscape. Located east of the Catawba River, Charlotte hosts 11 colleges/universities with Queens University of Charlotte being one of them - the only program accredited for an undergraduate music therapy degree!

This year's conference is going to look a little different as we continue to grow as a region. We have adjusted our schedule to make more time for the things that are important to you while still offering a packed schedule full of concurrent sessions, CMTEs, and networking opportunities. We are also offering research poster presentations, insightful special topics, our internship fair, and new this year, wellness activities! Find what is most meaningful to you and go at your own pace.
